Wirksworth Festival Art and Architecture Trail

A chance to meet local and national artists exhibiting in houses and public buildings throughout the centre of town, to look at some amazing art… and even buy some if it tkes your fancy.
As well as houses , the beautiful central church of St Mary’s will be hosting art and the nearby Maltings(formerly The Parish Room) will be converted into a gallery. Venues accessible by wheelchair users and accessible toilets will be noted in the guide that is given free with the entry wristbands
There will be an all day, wheelchair accessible, shuttlebus from the Park and Ride parking points at the Stone Centre and TDP, stopping throughout town.
All weekend entry into Art Festival venues is by purchase of a £10 wristband.
The streets will be busy with visitors, food vendors, music, performances and workshops …oh, and fun!
